Urgent need for blood donations: Raising awareness for local drives.
Working with our company-wide philanthropic committee, Crowley Webb Gives Back, we wanted to shed light on an important issue affecting Buffalo and the nation as a whole. According to our friends at ConnectLife, Western New York’s only community blood center, the organization currently has less than a three-day supply of blood products. In other words, our area is in critical need of blood donors.
While spreading this message to our staff, we also wanted to open up the conversation and fill in others outside our agency. Donations are needed now more than ever, so take a look at the list below for different locations and make an appointment if you’re willing and able. Feel free to share this list on social as well.
