Crowley Webb wins gold at this year’s Telly Awards.
The 39th Annual Telly Awards have officially been announced, highlighting the year’s best work in all areas of visual storytelling. And at Crowley Webb, we love telling our clients’ stories.
We won one gold, one silver, and one bronze for our work for M&T Bank and Bishop Timon – St. Jude High School. Take a look.
Bronze: M&T Bank’s “Joe Flacco: A day in the life.”
A Super Bowl Champion quarterback spending a quiet morning making breakfast for his wife and kids. Now that’s understanding what’s important. As another installment of our branding effort for our client M&T Bank, this :30 TV spot features Joe Flacco not throwing touchdowns or even training. He’s just being a dad. Because that’s what’s most important to him.
Silver: M&T Bank’s “Is important.”
To provide an example of what the tagline “Understanding what’s important” truly means, we created a :30 TV spot featuring a range of special moments in the lives of ordinary people. All are user-generated clips, and each is accompanied by the words “is important.” The idea was not only to show that M&T recognizes these moments matter, but also to express subtly that the bank is here to help you achieve these moments, what’s ultimately greater than money.
Gold: Bishop Timon – St Jude High School’s “A tiger can be anything.”
As part of a branding effort for a high school near and dear to Crowley Webb’s heart, we created a video featuring folks who could best tell its story today. Through heartfelt interviews, we tell what students can eventually become in life (congressmen, artists, etc.). But more than that, we relay the values instilled in Timon Tigers each and every day – the real difference the school is making in the lives of young men.
Founded in 1979, the Telly Awards annually showcases the best work created within television and video for all screens, across all 50 states in the US and on five continents. Award winners comprise the most-respected advertising agencies, television stations, production companies, and publishers from around the world.
Shout-out to our clients, our hardworking team, and all the individuals who shared their remarkable moments.
