Christina Aguglia has been promoted to senior digital project manager. When Christina first joined Crowley Webb five years ago as a digital project coordinator, her vibrant personality and can-do attitude immediately made her a perfect match for our growing digital team. Since then, Christina has been instrumental in driving some of our most notable and award-winning client projects. Christina’s commitment remains evident through her advocacy for our agency’s DEI initiatives and ongoing efforts to elevate our internal processes. We’re excited to celebrate Christina’s accomplishments and look forward to seeing her continued success in her new role!

Elizabeth Preville has been promoted to senior project manager. Since joining Praxis as a project coordinator in 2021, Liz has been an integral member of our team. Her prior experience as a customer service representative at Brook & Whittle Ltd, equipped her with valuable expertise in client relations. She thrives on challenges, effortlessly managing tough projects while consistently delivering top-tier service to our sponsors. Her commitment extends beyond client work, as she also plays a pivotal role in coordinating our internal Praxis promotional projects. Liz’s versatility and strong leadership qualities continue to make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Cassidy Audette has been promoted to HR/accounting specialist. If you’ve visited our agency in the past two years, you’ve likely been greeted by Cassidy’s warm smile as soon as you step out of the elevator. Her infectious positivity and upbeat demeanor make working with her a true pleasure. Cassidy is always eager to lend a hand, whether it’s stocking the snack drawers (a VERY important task that keeps our office running smoothly) or tackling any challenge that comes her way. In her new role, Cassidy will take on expanded HR responsibilities and become an integral part of our accounting team. We’re fortunate to have Cassidy on our team and look forward to celebrating her continued success for many years to come!

Leanne Brigham has been promoted to project manager. Leanne joined Praxis, after serving as a communications and public relations assistant at FeedMore WNY. Since her first day, Leanne has been dedicated and hardworking, consistently demonstrating a positive outlook and kind approach that has guided her team through some of the most challenging projects. Her eagerness to learn and willingness to pitch in whenever needed, regardless of the circumstances, highlight her team spirit and make her an absolute joy to work with every day. Congrats, Leanne!

Stephanie Freier has been promoted to senior content strategist. Stephanie first joined Crowley Webb’s digital team in January 2021 as a content strategist, bringing more than four years of experience to the department. Over the past three years, Stephanie has embraced new responsibilities and refined her expertise as our lead digital writer. Her strategic insights and leadership qualities have been critical in delivering impactful recommendations to enhance many of our clients’ Google rankings. It’s no surprise that her colleagues frequently describe her as one of the kindest and most supportive team members, a true testament to the positive impact she’s had within the agency.

Keith Gillogly has been promoted to proofreader/editor. With more than a decade of editorial experience, Keith joined Crowley Webb two years ago and immediately made an impact. Known for his eagle eye in proofreading and editing vast amounts of ad materials, Keith ensures accuracy in every project. You may have caught glimpses of him on our social channels, where his passion for grammar shines through in his “Grammar Hammer” series (if you’re curious about the difference between “further” and “farther,” check out our TikTok). Beyond his professional skills, Keith is known for his kindness and collaborative spirit, making him a pleasure to work with. Please join us in congratulating Keith. Rachel Serianni has been promoted to senior project manager. Rachel joined our team as a project coordinator in 2021 and, since then, has demonstrated an exceptional ability to tackle anything that comes her way. Whether it’s navigating tricky timelines with ease or always approaching problems with solutions in mind, we can count on Rachel to get the job done right. Her reliability and expertise have also earned her the trust and admiration of our clients, who regularly seek her out for support. In addition to her project management skills, Rachel has played a pivotal role in training many of our team members, offering guidance, encouragement, and confidence, proving she is a true team player.

Katelyn Killoran has been promoted to senior art director. Katelyn started her career with Crowley Webb six years ago, and, since then, she has impressed us with her incredible potential as both a creative talent and a leader. During her time with the agency, Katelyn has made significant contributions to many clients and most recently has taken on a more dedicated role with all things M&T Bank. Outside of office hours, you can catch Katelyn designing wedding invitations for fellow employees or creating adorable custom pet portraits. She truly can do it all. We are excited to see Katelyn continue to grow in her new role.

Tyler Stanley has been promoted to senior project manager, operations. Tyler joined us nearly four years ago, with seven years of agency experience under his belt. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the processes of both our operations department and project management team, consistently upholding the highest standards. Those who have worked with Tyler can agree that his seamless communication, thoughtfulness, and unwavering dedication are just a few of the qualities that make him an invaluable asset to our team. We’re thrilled to have Tyler on our side and couldn’t imagine where we’d be without him!

Mike Taboni has been promoted to senior account manager. Since joining the squad in 2021 as a senior account executive, Mike has cemented himself as a trusted colleague and friend to many across the agency. Those who have had the pleasure of working with Mike know that he is not only a stand-up guy, but he’s also highly insightful and strategic. In his new role, Mike will continue to lead several key accounts, including Arrow Fastener, Niagara University, and the Erie Canal Bicentennial. He remains actively involved in various agency committees and played a pivotal role in launching our internship program, Route86. We are incredibly grateful to have Mike on our team and are excited to see his continued growth with Crowley Webb.

Ryan Kaska has been promoted to marketing strategist. Since joining the agency in 2022, we’ve quickly learned that what sets Ryan apart is not only his impressive work output but also his unwavering kindness, team spirit, and readiness to support others. His positive attitude and eagerness to assist have earned him respect and admiration from many of his peers. As marketing strategist, Ryan will now serve as the strategy lead on several key accounts for our team. Bravo, Ryan!

Adina Delmar has been promoted to account supervisor. It’s hard to believe that Adina walked through Crowley Webb’s doors as an account coordinator 12 short years ago. To say that Adina embodies our agency values is an understatement. She is truly an invaluable member of our team and is rarely seen without a smile on her face. This year, Adina has shown tremendous growth while leading the M&T Bank account, consistently demonstrating her ability to think strategically and serve as a dedicated mentor within her department. Outside of work, Adina dedicates her time as an AAF Buffalo board member and Buffalo Prep Prep Collective member. Please join us in congratulating Adina on her well-deserved promotion!
