Something you should know about Rachael: Rachel is in her “triathlon era,” and recently crushed a sprint triathlon back in June. Her next goal? A half Ironman. For those of you keeping score at home, that means she’d be swimming 1.2 miles, biking 56 miles, and running 13.1 miles. We’re exhausted just thinking about it!
