He is committed to efficiency, organization, and strategic decision-making, ensuring the best level of service for his clients. Outside of work, Joey’s passions include playing Dungeons & Dragons and cheering on Josh Allen and the Bills. Congratulations on the new role, Joey!

Courtney Flynn has been promoted to senior account executive. Since joining our team in 2021, Courtney’s positive attitude, exceptional talent, and unwavering dedication have left a lasting impact on our agency. She plays a key role in leading several accounts on a daily basis, with M&T Bank at the forefront. And when Courtney is not crushing it in the office, you can find her crushing it at the gym! As a certified personal trainer, Courtney kicks off her mornings teaching high-energy workouts. Cheers to this well-deserved promotion, Courtney!

Don Brenner has been promoted to senior marketing strategist. In his three years since joining Praxis, Don has proven to be a dependable member of our team. His impressive growth hasn’t gone unnoticed, as he consistently excels in managing strategy for key accounts. In his new role, Don will continue to be a senior resource on the strategy team, develop proposals for new sponsor opportunities, and dive even deeper into account-level strategic initiatives. Mohit Shrivastava has been promoted to strategic team lead, data analytics. From day one at Crowley Webb, Mohit has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance across all aspects of his job. As an instrumental member of our analytics team, Mohit provides invaluable support to both our clients and his colleagues. Simone Riter has been promoted to social video strategist. Two years ago, Simone joined our team and completely revolutionized our social video capabilities, not only for our clients, but for the agency as a whole. You can’t miss her since she’s usually strutting around the office with a gimbal in hand. But fair warning, if you ever see her coming your way, you might just end up starring in her next TikTok. Simone, we’re so lucky to have you and we can’t wait to see the incredible content you’ll create next.

Hannah Wells has been promoted to senior content manager. Since joining Praxis, Hannah has been a vital part of our team, playing a key role in supporting some of our most important sponsor accounts. Her dedication and willingness to jump in and lend a hand no matter the task has helped her build trusted relationships both within the agency and externally. Kristin Przybyla has been promoted to senior project manager. Kristin has integrated herself as an important member of the Praxis team, tackling the challenges of global submissions, shipments, and account organization.
